Cognitivity can accommodate the most complicated of corporate structures, while still allowing you to restructure when called for and without fear of losing data.

Your groups, your way
Our system allows you to create communities and classrooms to help you organize courses and users into groups that are meaningful to you and your organization. Once your community structure is established, Cognitivity's engine can automatically assign users to a particular community and/or classroom based on an underlying profile characteristic. Or, if you prefer, the engine will also allow adminstrators to pre-load users via a data file from your human resources system. Either way will provide you with a simple and easy way to integrate your group's user information.

For your eyes only — or not
Secure administrator access can be granted at each level allowing one user to oversee everything or delegate training management as needed. Permissions can be assigned to allow users access to only those actions deemed necessary to perform their jobs.

The administrative add-on includes:

• Ability to create up to 25 different communities, subcommunities or classrooms. Additional communites carry an incremental set-up fee.


• Ability to create unlimited administrators with varying levels of security access.


• Ability to add, edit and delete users from the underlying database.


• Ability to create custom course tracks based on user profiles, job functions and competency levels.


• Ability to manage live and virtual ILT courses through your catalog and monitor enrollment history.


• Enrollment for up to 3 users in Cognitivity's online training course on the administration system at no charge.
